All programs are 5 months in duration and include valuable tools, worksheets, lots of practical assignments, proven resources and timesaving recommendations used by hundreds of my satisfied clients. This means you don’t have to reinvent the wheel to get where you want to go. These powerful tools will be handed to you virtually on a silver platter. This 5 month program is for high achieving, high powered business women who want to move extraordinarily fast in getting themselves and their business on track now. In this program, you will receive Three - 1 Hour Calls per month, for the first three weeks of each month, to get you on track and speeding through the process of getting rid of the obstacles that keep you stuck and implementing new strategies to help you create more success in your business. I roll up my sleeves, get in the trenches with you, and give you the crucial feedback and tools you’ll need to get moving quickly. In addition to our 3 1 hour calls, I am also available to you by phone during office hours or email whenever you need additional support (calls not to exceed 3 - 15 minute emergency calls per month), to help you work through a breakdown or need a reassuring pat on the back. This is the most popular program and creates the best results by far, simply because you have more personal ‘one on one’ time with me and more guidance from me. Sometimes that extra 15 minutes we will spend together can make all the difference in the world between success and falling flat on your face. I am also available to critique your marketing materials to ensure that you’re putting your best image out there to the world at large. We’ll do this via emails transmissions between the two of us up to one hour per month. As an added bonus, all calls will be recorded and sent to you for future reference and learning.  

This 5 month program is the choice for independent self-starters who want to take consistent action to practice building on their strengths, strategize, collaborate and brainstorm with me on any issues or assignments that come up, and are confident they don’t need to speak with me as often to achieve their goals. With this program, we schedule Three - 45 Minute Calls per month, one per week for the first three weeks of each month, to get you moving quickly, stay on track and eliminate obstacles currently in your way so you can achieve your goals faster than you would on your own. Plus you will receive unlimited email support as well to keep you on track. As an added bonus, all calls will be recorded and sent to you for future reference and learning.

Spend an entire day with me *ONE ON ONE* at my home office in Lafayette, LA. I’ll work with you personally on your specific business and personal goals, and provide you with support in developing specific strategies and action plans to achieve your objectives. Together we’ll get clear on your core values, define direction and intentions, set boundaries to create results, learn how to ‘Say what you mean and mean what you say,’ master the art of presenting ideas and handling difficult conversations, and learn how to carve out some YOU time. I'll show you how to delegate more effectively, create more realistic expectations for yourself and others, eliminate personal limitations that keep you stuck, and remove unnecessary overwhelm in your business and your life. I'll show you how to create the right strategies and the right mindset so you don't have to work so hard. And I'll show you how to create MORE of what you do want in your life and LESS of what you don't want in your life with MORE time to enjoy it all.

I use a customized system that will take you step by step through a process that will provide you greater clarity about what it is that you truly want. At the end of our VIP Private ‘One on One’ Coaching with Cookie day you will walk away knowing exactly what your next steps and beyond will be so you can achieve your goals with flying colors. 

Together we'll accomplish in ONE day what it would take you over 6 months or more to do on your own! And don't worry - I will be there to support you with that as well. And as an added bonus, you will receive 2 Follow Up Coaching Sessions (each session will be 45 minutes in length) over the telephone to make sure you are staying on track.  

Why is each program 5 months? The intention behind success coaching is to create a sustainable foundation for you to learn and grow both yourself and your business. As you know, change takes time, practice, and determination. As you can imagine, it takes a minimum of 5 months of our working together to apply all the necessary steps needed to give you the confidence to create the success you want and deserve. Keep in mind - coaching is only for women who are truly serious about getting results.

Will it work? YES, it will! Obviously, to see results, you need to be totally committed to taking action and have the resources – time, energy, and drive, to carry you through this process. This is not a ‘quick fix’ and I don’t have any pixie dust to sprinkle on you and make all your problems disappear! It takes at least 5 months for the seeds to grow once sown.
